CIASI 61892 INTERNATIONAL PRAYER 

Almighty  and ever loving God, We humbly offer to you our sincerest love and affection And most respectfully plea for your guidance and wisdom ... As we celebrate the induction and reunion of the CIASI 61892 International METRO MANILA EXECUTIVE COUNCIL YOUTH, SORORITY AND ALUMNI OFFICERS And General Members; We further pray and kneel before you O, Lord for thy blessings And we thank thee you for this opportunity given unto your children To stand and embrace together for your glory And pledge our continuous service and love For the betterment of our country and our people, As we likewise profess our loyalty to the Constitution and By-laws Of our beloved Confederation And that of the Constitution of the Philippine Republic And each duly Constituted Authorities. Kindly enlighten our faithfully our duties and responsibilities, And let our actions, words and decision be directed towards The development of a civil society Impressed with fraternal understanding and dedication As we re-state to serve as Vanguards (SALAKNIB) And the strength of a Faithful disciple (MOLAVE). This we solemnly plea for thy Heavenly Father to grant upon us In the name of thy beloved Son, Jesus Christ, our Lord, AMEN. 

 

CIASI 61892 INTERNATIONAL CREED OF HONOR

  

Illustrious children from a country of peace, We pledge to live with honor, Love and respect for humanity, Proud of our Ilocano ancestry, we shall sustain our dedication   To foster our aspiration as to build a nation of civility and prosperity And be vigilant against envy and greed.   To instill the philippine tradition of Christianity social welfare and democracy, Ans stand in solidarity against injustice and sustain fellowship and cooperation. Pledge my life in safeguarding the sovereignty and democratic ideals of our country and people, Remain committed to the values of fairness,equity and purity As enshrined in the philosophy of confederation.   I shall be a true SALAKNIB for the oppressed and A dedicated community development missionary, With the endurance and vigor to serve humanity as that of a CIASI MOLAVE.   I shall forever imbibe this creed of honor in the great tradition As exemplified by our revolutionary ancestors.

SO HELP ME, GOD    

Dr. Julius A. Magno is a lawyer, economist, certified public accountant, former jungle fighter, professor, Retired Colonel and former Chief Prosecutor of the Armed Forces of the Philippines. He launched various movements for the Filipino Youth, Professionals, Farmers, Women and Industrial Workers.  Among them are the CIASI, IUOFW, Pangasinan Movement for Progress.  He is now active in cooperatives, SMEs, and Industry Development. He was born on April 20, 1946 in Barrio Guiguilonen, Mangaldan, Pangasinan with a father whose ancestors came from Dingras , Ilocos Norte and Lingayen, Pangasinan, and a Philippine WW II US Army veteran and Pangasinan provincial credit cooperative official, as well as an Ilocana mother and teacher, whose ancestors were from Laoag and San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte.     Reared in Catholic High School (Santo Tomas), he pursued further studies at the University of Santo Tomas, Philippine Christian University, Far Eastern University, Polytechnic University of the Philippines and the Philippine State College of Aeronautics.  He evolved from being an ROTC Advanced Cadet Officer,  commissioned as a 2nd Lt., into a fiery student activist and countryside teacher in the 1970’s, labor leader and lawyer in the 1980’s up to the present, a technocrat in 1980’s/90’s, military prosecutor in 1990’s, professor in the 1st decade of 2000, and now a financial consultant and industry development advocate. Starting his career in college at the age of 14, and working student at 15, he has earned three(3) bachelor degrees, three (3) masteral degrees and two doctorate degrees, with a wealth of academic, business, military and industry development experience.  JUMA, as he is fondly called, took up a lot of seminars in law, auditing and management, as he winds his educational career as a professor in public international law, international arbitration, public administration and specializing in aeronautical/airport management and development, maritime safety as well as socio political management. Dr. Julius A. Magno is now practicing law and accountancy and teaching in the PHILSCA Graduate School and PUP College of Law.  He now posits “TOTAL DEVELOPMENT and Industrialization of the Philippines”.​

We rise and sing this song as proud sons and daughters of thee. We rise and sing in solidarity..   As faithful members of CIASI We shall lead ourselves to thy Glory, Over this land of Paradise, And the air and sea of greatness,You gave, We shall preserve,enjoy and defend, as You wish be.   Loyal sons and daughters we must be To serve you with pride and dignity. We beseech, O Lord, your will To let justice and abundance prevail With our blood and flesh as our legacy.   Let our valor and the gallantry of CIASI Proudly stand and sail the rivers and seas of this beloved country. For CIASI vanguards (SALAKNIB) we shall forever be.   We rise and sing this song with courage, love and solidarity. As we shall pledge an ENLIGHTENED MOLAVE. To continue singing this hymn to thy glory, and to thy beloved country.  

Message:

Lesson 1: Is for everybody to understand the meaning of CONFEDERATION.

Lesson 2: Loyalty and need for discipline in order to ensure proper management.

Lesson 3: Under the CHAIN OF COMMAND as CIASI is a large worldwide organization adopting DIPLOMACY from the beginning as we are civilized and educated.

Lesson 4: CIASI adopted policy of socio economic, ideological and cultural development.

Lesson 5: Partylist and political aspirations of members are healthy signs of social development.

Lesson 6: Religion is the integral part of the organization and personal development.

Lesson 7: Democratic cooperativism and welfarism is CIASI PHILOSOPHY.
